چکیده

شیخ صدوق از برجسته‌ترین چهره‌های درخشان علم و فضیلت است، که نزدیک به عصر زندگانی ائمه: می‌زیسته است و با گردآوری روایات اهل‌بیت: و تألیف ده‌ها کتاب نفیس و گران‌بها، خدمات ارزنده و کم نظیری به اسلام و تشیع کرده است. 
او از چهره‌های علمی برجستة شیعی، در قرن چهارم هجری بوده است. در این مقاله علل پیشرفت وی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد و از همین رهگذر به دلایل ماندگاری یاد و نام این حدیث‌شناس، فقیه و متکلم بزرگ شیعه، در عصرها و دوره‌های مختلف اشاره می‌شود.

Shaykhe Sadooq is among the most outstanding figures in science and virtue who lived near the time of our Holy Imams. By compiling Imams’ traditions and writing many remarkable books, he made a great contribution to the Shi’te. 
Shaykhe Sadooq is one of the prominent Shi’te scientists in the fourth century. In this article, the causes of Shaykhe Sadooq’s progress and reasons for perpetuating the name of this prominent Shi’te traditionist, jurist and theologian in different times and periods are investigated.
