The writer in this article after expressing the meaning of skill and control, tries to prove the innatement of sexual instinct according to the Holy Quran, and express the methods of it's satisfaction and self-control. After this the three skills and methods of self-control which are mentioned in the Holy Quran as cognitive and behavioral and spiritual skills.
Attaining salvation which is the philosophy of creating the human being will be possible by acting according to religious rules and not to commit the sins. One of the sins is sexual sin. It is obvious that every one who wants salvation needs to get married in order to satisfy the sexual instinct and if it's not possible for him yet, by correct knowledge he should leave the acts which stimulate the sexual instinct and strengthen his spirituality.
