چکیده

صلح امام حسن7 با معاویه یکی از پیچیده‌ترین و حساس‌ترین حوادث در تاریخ اسلام است. امامان: به عنوان جانشینان پیامبر6، وظیفة رهبری امت و تبیین و حفاظت از دین را عهده‌دار بوده‌اند. از این‌رو، در هر دوره برای تحقق این مهم شیوه‌ای خاص و متفاوت را در پیش گرفته‌اند. امام حسن7 نیز در شرایط بسیار حساس زمان خود با تدبیری خاص توانست ضمن حفظ اصل دین، مراعات حکم خدا و مصلحت مسلمانان، شیعه را از موقعیتی بحرانی و حساس نجات دهد.
در این نوشتار پیرامون اوضاع سیاسی دوران حکومت امام7، و صلح و مفاد صلح‌نامه، مطالبی ارائه شده است، تا اهمیت اقدام امام دانسته شود.

Imam Hassan’s making peace with Muawiyeh is one the most complicated and sensitive events in the history. Imams have undertaken the leading of people and explanation and conservation of Islam of the (A.S) religion as the prophet’s successors therefore, they followed particular and different methods for realization this important job.
Imam Hassan while preserving the principle of religion, God’s decree and Muslim’s interest, could save Shi’a from a critical and sensitive observance of situation in sensitive conditions of his age. In this writing some issues have been raised about political conditions of Imam’s periods of government, making peace and the contents of peacetreaty with the purpose of understanding the importance of Imam’s action in those sensitive conditions.
