بررسی تفرّدهای کلامی و فقهی و دیدگاه‌های حدیثی شیخ صدوق

چکیده

هر فقیه و اندیشمندی گاهی در پژوهش به نکته‌هایی می‏رسد که سبب می‏شود نظریه‌هایی در آن زمینه به ثبت برساند که شاید پیش از او هیچ‌کس به آنها اشاره نکرده است. حال گاهی این نظریه‌ها سبب پیدایش انقلاب فکری می‏گردد و گاهی نیز این تفردهای فتوایی و باورها از سوی مشهور پذیرفته نشده و آن را کنار می‌گذارند. 
نگارنده در این مقاله به دنبال بیان نظر شیخ صدوق در مورد سهو النبی6، و آموزشی یا الهامی بودن دانش امامان است و سپس به چند نظریة متفرّد شیخ صدوق در فقه اشاره می‏کند. از همین رهگذر، به بیان مستندات وی در آن فتوا پرداخته و در ادامه، دلیل اقبال یا اعراض دیگران از این فتوا را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. در پایان نیز به برخی از دیدگاه‌های حدیثی و نیز نظریه‏های شیخ صدوق در ذیل روایات اشاره می‏شود.

Occasionally, scholars innovate new points during the research which cause the advent of new opinions. These new opinions sometimes cause the appearance of mental development, and sometimes these personal scientific theories are not accepted by the majority and they are rejected by them.
In this paper, the author introduces and analyzes Sheikh Sadooq`s view about the prophet's error and whether the Imam's knowledge is revelatory or didactic. Afterwards he mentioned some of Sheikh Sadooq`s specific opinions in jurisprudence and its documentations. After that he discussed reasons given by others in rejecting and accepting these verdicts (fatawas). Finally he mentioned some of Sheikh Sadooq`s traditional viewpoints and his opinions in respect to traditions.
