The rule (( Alvoghof = Pious dedications is one of the famous juricprodental rules, that in dedications mode/chapter is a lot relied on it.
In this article the other tried to, beside the investigating rule, to proceed to its place in jurisprudential rule’s divisions, to it’s evidence and it’s concept, other words of the rule and it’s comparisons, in order to clarify some of the points. However because of the contraction he dispenses from lots of points like Pious dedication’s fulfillment's conditions, bequeather of a Pious foundation’s conditions, endowment, people who are dedicated for and ext.
The other’s hope is doing some positive actions to fulfill the real aim of bequeather of a Pious foundations.
