Considering importance of the youth period and the necessity of consultation for the youth, this writing tries to answer this question that, can consultation with the young have effect on forming his identity and individual and social character? And how much can it make the young’s future. The writer is planning to express relationship between consultation with the young and the creation of self-respect in him, and also wants to express the effect such as creating liability feeling, intellectual growth, being socialized and,…… for consultation. In the first chapter the author deal with discussions of character (the effect of character, the maladies of personality…) and in the other chapter expresses generals about consultation, its necessity, effects, and advantages. And in the last chapter proceeds to express the effect of consultation on the structure of individual and social character of the youth.
