The non-effectiveness of derivative formula in the problem of occurring the existence on quiddity is the claim of theologians and, for proving that every one of them have cast doubt on this formula. This paper seeks to give a suitable answer after criticizing the problems. The writer has two sentences for giving the best answer: first: this type of proposition is with regard to predication converse “ aks al-aml” and is just assumed subject because of familiarity of mind with quiddity. And proposition is contrary except in this form. Second: this discussion is with regard to mediator of occurrence or limitation attributes. This article has finished with four points about derivative formula.
