چکیده

یکی از پژوهش‌های بایسته در عرصة حدیث‌پژوهی، ارزیابی صدور احادیث است. اثبات قطعی صدور حدیث به ندرت اتفاق می‌افتد. بنابراین باید برای اثبات صدور، مسیر دیگری غیر از قطع را پیمود. در مقابل، حصول اطمینان یا همان علم عرفی به صدور احادیث، زیاد است. اگر اطمینان حجت باشد، احراز صدور روایات به آسانی انجام می‌شود. در این جستار به بررسی حجیت اطمینان در این عرصه پرداخته‌ شده است و در آخر، جزییات و شرایط این حجیت ارائه شده است.

One of the necessary researches in ḥadīth studies is the evaluation of their issuance. Absolute proving of the issuance of traditions rarely happens. Therefore, in order to prove their issuance another approach than certitude has to be taken. On the other hand, there are many ways for gaining confidence about them. When confidence is authoritative, traditions issuance are easily certified. The following article deals with the absoluteness of the authenticity of certitude in this respect, and in the end, details and conditions of this authenticity have been presented.
