Justice is one of the most essential concepts of human life, political philosophy and ethics. Hence the origin of theorizing from the East and the West. Limitations and defects in epistemology, ontology and anthropology lead to the lack of coherence of those ideas. The theory of society must be able to answer three questions, why, how justice is to be answered. Therefore, the main mission of this research is to discover the theory of justice in Khaje when it comes to the question of why, what is the meaning of justice, and how to achieve justice. What seems to come from the method of content analysis and the collection of documentary and library information is that justice in the thought of Khajeh is a concept that depends on the origin and resurrection of mankind. This look in Khajeh's theory of why to explain how justice means meaning, clarification, quality of achievement, and ultimately defines the function and indicators of justice.
