Occasionally, scholars innovate new points during the research which cause the advent of new opinions. These new opinions sometimes cause the appearance of mental development, and sometimes these personal scientific theories are not accepted by the majority and they are rejected by them. In this paper, the author introduces and analyzes Sheikh Sadooq`s view about the prophet's error and whether the Imam's knowledge is revelatory or didactic. Afterwards he mentioned some of Sheikh Sadooq`s specific opinions in jurisprudence and its documentations. After that he discussed reasons given by others in rejecting and accepting these verdicts (fatawas). Finally he mentioned some of Sheikh Sadooq`s traditional viewpoints and his opinions in respect to traditions.
