Sayyid Sharaf al-Dīn ‘Amilī is the student of Najaf and Samara howzahs and he is trained by great Shī‘īte scholars. He had an important role in approximation among religions in Jabal ‘Amīl. Some of his important features are: Recognition of time, observation of needs, innovation in definition of new criteria correctness evaluation of hadīths and notice to historical matters. His significant writings including: Al-Fusūl al-Muhimma, Al-Murāji‘āt, Al-Naşş va al-ijtihād, Abū Hurayra and fabricated hadiths and Al-kalimat al-Gharā fī Tafzīl al-Zahrā.
