Emergence of Islam ceased the chaos of woman’s inheritance, particularly the wife’s inheritance, and reformed it. However, because of advisability it was laid down that woman’s inheritance should be the half of man’s inheritance, and according to the right standpoint among Shiite’s religious jurisprudents a wife who has not any child is deprived of the land of property, but she inherits the price of building and trees. Assuming that the right of remaining building and trees is preserved, the pricing method is free of charge. This deprivation is approved by Iran’s civil law, but at the civil law of Arab governments, following the Sunnite’s religious jurisprudents, it is, basically, denied.
