One of the most practical rules that can be claimed to be in application in most areas of human life, from worshipping to contracts and unilateral obligations, is to consider other people’s actions as correct and acting accordingly, whose result is the validity of the action and the effectiveness of the actions of the adults. In the common terminology of jurisprudence, the other people are called ‘the agent’, and the adult who has applied the rule and makes his own action effective through correcting others’ actions is called the ‘the Haamil’. The author tries to discuss the nature of this rule, its context and scope, its relation with other rules and whether it should be considered as a reason or basis, and also tries to examine the reasons and documentaries as well as the conditions of the rule through a jurisprudential approach in Shiite jurisprudence and in Sunnite jurisprudence. It should be mentioned that the model used in the examination of the related traditions and proofs is based on the ‘DIRAYATUL HADITH’ software.
