The present research aims to explicate and define the knowledge of God with a mystic- philosophical approach. From the viewpoint of Islamic scholars, three degrees of knowledge for God are considered. The first degree is the knowledge of God to His being; the second degree is the knowledge of God about other creatures after creation- this knowledge that is interpreted as the present knowledge is the objective presence of all creatures with all characteristics and details from God, from perpetuity until eternity; and the third degree is the knowledge of God about things before creation, which is the most complicated one.
This article explicates and describes the degrees of the knowledge of God, examines its philosophical and mystics tics reasoning and also reviews the Qoranic and Traditional approvals.
