The cyclicality of the principles of classical logic, non-inclusiveness of all relations, non-fruitfulness, and speaking in general terms are among the most important of these criticisms. These two logical systems have differences with each other. The importance and genuineness of expressions and avoidance of verbal fallacies, generality of the inclusiveness of analogies, referent-orientedness, ability to present complex conclusions, and application in many sciences are among the distinguishing features of modern logic comparing classical logic. These two are also different from each other in terms of fundamental postulate. In this writing, while referring to the short history of modern logic and the shortcomings and criticisms directed at the classical logic, the differences between these two logical systems are explained. با ارائه نظام منطقی جدید با عنوان منطق جدید یا منطق ریاضی، منطق ارسطویی و منطق جدید، با اقبال و انتقاد پاره‌ای از اندیشمندان اسلامی و غربی روبرو هستند. دوری بودن اصول منطق کلاسیک، عدم دربرگیری تمام نسبت‏ها، فایده‏مند نبودن و کلی‏گویی مهم‏ترین این نقدهاست. این دو نظام منطقی تفاوت‏هایی با یکدیگر دارند. اهمیت و اصالت یافتن الفاظ و پرهیز از مغالطات لفظی، عمومیت در شمول انواع قیاس‏ها، مصداق محوری، توانایی ارائه نتیجه‏گیری‏های پیچیده و کاربرد در بسیاری از علوم از جمله ویژگی‏های متمایز کننده منطق جدید از منطق کلاسیک است. این دو همچنین در اصول موضوعه نیز با یکدیگر متفاوتند. در این نوشتار با اشاره به تاریخچه منطق جدید و کاستی‏ها و نقدهای وارد بر منطق قدیم، تفاوت این دو نظام منطقی تبیین شده است. http://jostar-elmi.maalem.ir/article_21651_a117e007048e60bda1a905cc009b52f4.pdf
